- Replies to comments and messages on business days

Paid ads and video reels aren’t included. We never post patient information.
Billing and cancellation
- Flat monthly fee. Your first month is paid at checkout, then you’re invoiced monthly on the same date.
- Cancel anytime by emailing info@cactusbillingsolutions.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Service continues through the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Payments already made are non-refundable.
