A dedicated, HIPAA-trained virtual assistant for 10 hours a week (about 2 hours each weekday), for a flat $349 per month. Your first month is paid at checkout, and after that you’re invoiced monthly until you cancel.

- Insurance eligibility and benefits checks
- Prior authorization submissions and follow-up
- EHR data entry and patient intake
- Inbox, fax and referral management
- A weekly activity summary
Your VA works under our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and doesn’t do clinical work.
Billing and cancellation
- Flat monthly fee. Your first month is paid at checkout, then you’re invoiced monthly on the same date.
- Cancel anytime by emailing info@cactusbillingsolutions.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Service continues through the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Payments already made are non-refundable.
